You've been kidnapped by a mysterious group of people and thrown into their torture room for their entertainment. You can leave any time you want. We don't stop until you're done. Press space to shock and on the wheel to cash out. 

This game was unfinished due to outside circumstances and time constraints. Originally, there would have been several enemies, one of which who would have blocked the wheel preventing you from cashing out, one that would send ads that you would have to close out and avoid accidently clicking on, and one who would kill you if you stared at it for too long. In addition, there was a planned feature to inject adrenaline or morphine, which would speed up/slow down the game respectively, as well as multiplying how much money you earned each second depending on game speed.
